Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the personal nature of the product, we cannot accept returns. If you ordered after a physical trial, size changes are not possible.

If we recommended a size from your photographs (without a physical trial) and the kit does not fit, we will send a correctly fitting replacement once the unused kit reaches us — please dispatch it within 7 days of receipt. Raise a request from your account or on WhatsApp.
